Oakville Homeshow 2008
On April 11 – 13th, HARP Security participated
at the 2008 Oakville Lifestyle Home Show, with enthusiastic response from those
who attended. On display was “HARP 20”, one of our response vehicles. Both
parents and children were interested in seeing how we do, what we do.
Craig Woof, and Valerie Caster were on hand throughout the
show to answer questions about security. Unlike many companies, HARP’s
philosophy is to provide security solutions, not just alarm systems.
Most attendees who stopped by the booth learned that HARP
Security provides a security package of various systems and services that can be
customized to the needs of its clients. If you do not have an alarm system, HARP
can provide one. If you already have a system that you are happy with, HARP can
augment your security with additional related services.
An alarm system is only as effective as the associated
response.
Due to the high rate a false alarms, Police Services
consider an alarm call as their lowest priority, but for HARP Security, it is a
top priority. HARP offers an alarm response service that is timelier and less
costly, than having your alarm company call the Police.
Most clients opt to utilize an enhanced alarm response
service by providing HARP with keys to their premises. HARP Security can then
perform a complete interior check, allowing for a proper reset and rearm of the
security system, and ensuring continuous protection.
As key holders, additional services become available.
Property Checks and Vacation Watch add improvements to security. Our Security
Response Technicians will do a full check of your property, looking for any
signs of vandalism. In fact, we’ll even bring in your mail and newspapers so
that the house continues to appear lived in.
Many attendees at the Oakville Lifestyle Home Show
requested appointments with our sales associates to learn more about systems and
services.
All in all, HARP Security’s participation at the 2008 Oakville Lifestyle Home Show was both informative and successful for all.
